    Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the SMEs Performance Improvement model by comparing and analyzing products, adaptability, competitive advantage that complements HR capabilities, new product development capabilities, production capabilities, and operations. the level of competence consisting of Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities possessed by the convection craftsmen HR in Bekasi City. In addition, it focuses on products, Environmental adaptation, and HR competencies towards competitive advantage and SMEs performance in Bekasi City. The results showed that the results of the study answering respondents showed environmental adaptation at UMK This was evidenced by the answers of most respondents who answered strongly agree. Means that everything felt, prepared by the respondent regarding environmental adaptability at the SMEs that has been optimized. The existence of good HR competence in convection SMEs can be accessed by various things that are perceived, experienced, accepted, and thought by craftsmen. Positive product innovation towards the competitive advantage of SMEs. Environmental Adaptability Positive contradictions against the SMEs Competition. A positive HR competency factor for the competitive advantage of SMEs. Environmental Adaptability Positive Support for Performance. Keywords: Product innovation, adaptability, competitive advantage, performance   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis model peningkatan kinerja UMKM dengan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis inovasi produk, adaptibilitas lingkungan, keunggulan bersaing yang mencakup kapabilitas SDM, kapabilitas pengembangan produk baru, kapabilitas produksi dan operasi. tingkat kompetensi yang terdiri dari Knowledge, Skill dan Ability yang dimiliki SDM pengrajin konveksi di Kota Bekasi. Selain itu, menguji pengaruh inovasi produk, adaptibilitas lingkungan dan kompetensi SDM terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja UMKM di Kota Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil keseluruhan jawaban responden menunjukkan bahwa adaptibilitas lingkungan pada UMK konveksi memiliki penilaian yang baik. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan jawaban sebagian responden yang menjawab sangat setuju. Berarti segala sesuatu yang dirasakan, dipersepsikan oleh responden tentang adaptibilitas lingkungan pada UMK konveksi sudah optimal. Adanya kompetensi SDM yang baik di UMKM konveksi dapat ditunjukkan dengan adanya beberapa hal yang dipersepsikan, dialami, dirasakan dan dipikirkan oleh pengrajin. Inovasi produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM. Adaptibilitas lingkungan berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM. Faktor kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM. Adaptibilitas lingkungan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja.     This study aims to determine how the Effects of Auditor's Experience and Competence on Auditor's Skepticism Attitudes at Auditors working in Public Accounting Firms in Bekasi City. The research method used in this study is associative descriptive analysis with Quantitative Methods. The statistical analysis used in this study is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test using t test and F Test. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of Auditor Experience on Auditor Skepticism . Whereas Auditor Competence has no effect on Auditor Skepticism Attitude
